Hi, I’m Gabi.

When I was diagnosed with MS in 2014, my world fell apart. And if you’re here reading this, I probably don’t need to tell you how that felt.

Armed with little more than a leaflet from my neurologist and a determination to learn, I set about searching for complimentary medicine that I knew would have a huge impact. And I discovered yoga.

Now, more than a decade later, I’m a qualified yoga therapist, managing my MS through movement, meditation and diet.

And I’d like to help you, too.

I am here for you to hold space, share my knowledge and guide you to heal, to thrive and to evolve into the best version of you, whatever that looks like.
